ROGER C. YOH, P.E.OCWD Director Roger Yoh was elected to serve on the Orange County Water District (OCWD) Board of Directors in November 2004. Director Yoh is a registered professional engineer, a project management professional, and is currently employed with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), District 7 (Los Angeles and Ventura Counties) as a Senior Transportation Engineer.Director Yoh holds a bachelor's of science degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Irvine, where he received extensive training in various disciplines of civil engineering, including water resources engineering and construction management. Director Yoh is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Environmental & Water Resources Institute, and the Project Management Institute. A resident of Orange County since 1982, Director Yoh and his wife Stephanie live in Buena Park.
